  59. Please forgive me if some of my questions seem dumb, but I'm very
  60. confused about many of these issues. I would like some kind of estimate
  61. (in kilobytes/sec. for example) to send data over a LAN. Are there any
  62. estimates out there, or maybe a way of measuring this information.

  64. Another question I have is how could I send data over a network and then
  65. use it in a windows program? WinSock? Any help would be greatly
  66. appreciated. Thanks.
